Beware the Ides of March

Feeling neglected. Not getting any respect. Always something more important than me. Feeling spoiled.
Ugh ... now I'm fat and sick. I decided that my birthday present to myself will be to be down to 140 pounds. 5 pounds in one week. I believe I can do it, if I can stay off the chocolate endorphins for that long.

exercize - cardio. at least every other day. and no food after 8 pm. and get enough sleep. my three tips.

don't eat anything after 8 pm (no snacks munchies not even a grape). Excersize at least 4 times a week (cardio). and get enough seep. Those are my three tips!

Liege, don't you dare go anorexic!!! Hang in there, within 4 weeks, you'll be sick of all the attention coming your way. Take The Scribbler's advice, just don't go anorexix or bulimic!

don't worry, i'm not about to. i like food too much, and i like my bodily functions to be separate - no secreting going on through my feeding opening.
